AI tools running for you — every day, on my infrastructure — while you run your business.

What this service is

You can buy a one-time AI tool — a chatbot, a workflow, a content batch — and it works. But it's a snapshot. Your business changes. Customers ask new things. New holidays come up. Last month's tool drifts.

Always-On AI is the recurring side. You hand me a job — drafting your emails, sending appointment reminders, sorting receipts for tax time — and it runs every day on my server. Not on your laptop. Not in a cloud account you have to manage. On my own infrastructure here in Westman, that I keep tuned month over month.

You don't log into anything. You don't buy tokens or cloud subscriptions. You drop me a flash sale, a holiday note, or a photo — and the right thing happens. I'm the human keeping it running. It's the closest a small business can come to having an AI department, without needing to be one.

Most people don't start cold. They start with a one-time service — a chatbot, an email automation, a workflow setup. We build it, you see it work, and after a month or two it's clear: keeping it running and growing is its own thing. That's when Always-On AI takes over. The one-time setup becomes the first automation in your Starter tier. From there it grows as your business does.

When this service makes sense

  • You've already had me build you something one-time and it's earning its keep.
  • You want one less thing on your mental plate every week.
  • You'd rather pay one predictable monthly bill than worry about tokens, cloud accounts, or 'is the AI still working today?'
  • You want first crack at new tools and capabilities as they become useful.

Two ways to do this

Starter

$300/mo

Best for: One automation, one less thing on your plate.

  • One automation running on my infrastructure
  • Monthly tune-up — I keep it sharp as your business changes
  • Direct line — text or call, no ticket queue
  • Monthly summary: what ran, what worked, what's next

Growth

$600/mo

Best for: Three automations and same-day responsiveness.

  • Up to three automations running together
  • Tune-ups every two weeks, plus new-feature requests included
  • Drop me a sale, a photo, a holiday note — content goes out across your tools the same day
  • Quarterly business review — what's working, what's worth adding next
  • Priority response when something needs attention

Custom — running more than three automations? Need something specific to your industry? Custom tier starts at $900/mo and gets scoped to fit. Let's talk.

What's actually running for you

Three examples of what an Always-On AI automation looks like in practice. These are the ones most local businesses start with — yours might be one of these or something specific to your shop.

  • Emails drafted in seconds, not minutes

Someone fills out your contact form at 9pm. Before you've even seen it, a reply is drafted in your voice — friendly, accurate, answers what they actually asked. You read it and hit send. Or on the autonomous tier, it goes out before you wake up and you just see the conversation in your inbox the next morning. Either way, your customer hears back fast.

  • Appointment reminders, the day before, every time

Bookings live where they always have — your calendar, your booking app. The day before each one, your customer gets a friendly reminder, text or email, whichever they prefer. Time, address, anything they need to bring. No-shows drop. Phone calls drop. The reminder you'd never have time to send goes out anyway.

  • Snap or scan a receipt, walk away, year-end is sorted

You snap or scan every business receipt — the gas pump, the parts counter, lunch with a supplier — and drop it in a folder on your phone. Behind the scenes, the photo gets read, the numbers extracted, the category tagged, a row added to your expense sheet. Twelve months later your accountant gets a clean spreadsheet instead of a shoebox.

How we work together

Onboarding. Quick chat to figure out what's running for you. If you're coming off a one-time project, that's the starting automation. If we're building from scratch, we'll pick the highest-leverage one for your business — usually one of the three above.

Going live. I install it on my infrastructure, run it through the paces, and turn it on. You don't touch anything. First week I watch it closely; first month we talk after to make sure it's hitting right.

Monthly rhythm. Once a month — every two weeks on Growth — I check in: what ran, what tripped up, what's worth tuning. You get a one-page summary you can actually read.

When something changes. New holiday hours? Flash sale this Saturday? New product? Drop me a note — text, email, a photo, whatever's easy — and I update the automations. Same day on Growth, within 48 hours on Starter.
