How long does a typical project take?

Most one-time projects (chatbots, automation, content packages) are completed within 5–10 business days. The free strategy call happens first, then we agree on scope and timeline before any money changes hands.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's exactly what the free call is for. You don't need to come in with a plan — just tell me about your business and where you're losing time or customers. I'll figure out the rest.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

None. I handle everything technical and explain it in plain English. By the time I hand something off, you'll know how to use it — even if you've never touched AI tools before.

What's the payment structure?

50% deposit to start, 50% when the work is delivered. If you cancel after work begins, the deposit is non-refundable. Monthly retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Will I own what you build?

Yes — completely. Everything I build for you is yours. No ongoing fees to me, no platform lock-in, no dependency on our relationship continuing.
