Most "free strategy calls" are sales pitches with a free label on them. The consultant is trying to sell you something, you're trying to get free advice, and both of you leave the call frustrated. That's not how I run mine.

Why this is free, and what makes it different
Most small business owners aren't ready to commit to a paid AI project before knowing whether AI is even right for their business. That's a real problem. I run mine differently. The conversation's free because filtering happens both directions — you find out if I'm worth working with, I find out if I can actually help.
